Healthy aging. Health Span should last a lifetime. Resistance training is a key especially after the age of 40. This prevents muscle atrophy & osteoporosis. We lose nearly 1% of our muscle mass/decade after the age of 40 so this is preventive of
-painful arthritis of you’re knee, hip or shoulder
– disabling back or neck pain
– a fall
– & frailty

Musculoskeletal problems are the main sources of years lived with disability so as we life longer managing them better is the key to the quality of you’re life as you age. This starts with 150 minutes/week of moderate activity PLUS 2x/week of resistance training.
