I love what Cathryn Jakobson Ramin has to say in this topic “Facet joint injections are all the rage — not a week goes by without someone telling me he or she is about to have one. But there's no way to identify that a facet joint is causing your pain. A lot more research needed here.”
I see the same thing nearly every day. Another patient seeing another surgeon or interventionist. Who’s proposing another scan to supposedly determine if they need another procedure. Nearly all lack evidence! Pure cognitive dissonance at best & vested interests at worst.
